The Team
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced receptionist to join us. As part of the Corporate Services team, the objectives of the Client Floor team is to support the lawyers and staff to consolidate the Firm's position in the top tier, provide products and services to integrate all offices and to conduct continual process reviews.
Your Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact with our high profile clients and other key stakeholders of the business, you are the face of the firm. Working as part of a highly collaborative team, you will be 'Our Clients Best Partner', delivering excellent customer service in all areas of the role.
Your everyday tasks will include, but are not limited to:
answering & routing incoming phone calls
ensuring room booking requirements are recorded accurately and managed fittingly
liaising with staff regarding room bookings, catering, audio visual and any other requirements
assisting clients, visitors and stakeholder in a composed and solution-focussed approach
Meeting and greeting clients and staff and providing them with a highly professional experience
Enter meeting room bookings and associated catering requirements into EMS booking system
Confirm bookings and follow up catering numbers
Continually check the Reception Inbox and action all tasks quickly and efficiently
Any other tasks as requested by the Team Leaders

Profile description:
You will have at least 5 years previous experience in a similar role within a professional services or corporate environment. You will also be articulate, immaculately presented and possess a professional manner.
Additionally, you will own the following attributes:
intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite is essential
previous experience with a room bookings or reservations tool such as Condecco, EMS, Trimble.
AV & Switchboard Support
First Aid training is highly regarded
a strong, proactive client service focus and superior customer service skills
ability to adapt and be flexible to meet changing requirements and needs
ability to work in a fast paced, highly collaborative team environment
proven ability to multi-task
excellent time management skills
