In this role you will:

  • Ensure clients are treated with professionalism and respect at all times.
  • Greet clients, offer refreshments, and notify appropriate staff member of their arrival.
  • Ensure meeting rooms are set up for each meeting as appropriate.
  • Preparing beverages for client meetings.
  • Clearing of meeting rooms after client meetings of used cups, etc.
  • Ensure meeting spaces are functioning efficiently (eg: electronic equipment, whiteboards) and are maintained in good working order.
  • Ensure high standard of tidiness, specifically reception desk, main kitchen, meeting rooms.
  • Update client meeting notes on the database.
  • Diary management and setting up appointments using Outlook.
  • Answer phone calls in a timely and courteous manner as quickly as possible.
  • Ensure phones are covered 100% of the time.
  • Closing/opening procedures with front doors, reception computer and phone system.
  • Managing couriers and deliveries to the office. 
  • Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as required.
