Job Description

At Cox Purtell Staffing Services we are constantly on the look out for new candidates to join our team for Temporary or Permanent roles.  We are currently looking for candidates for 2 different receptionist roles:

Receptionist
Temporary for 6/7 holiday cover
North Sydney Office
Monday to Friday
$32 per hour + Super

Being the face of the business, meet and greet members and guests. Answering calls and emails, assisting with the general meeting room set up and cleanliness.

Must have good clerical administrative skills and be well presented. 

Receptionist and Office Admin Support
Temporary 3 month contract with potential to extend
Haymarket Office
Monday to Friday
$32-$35 per hour + Super

  • Greet and welcome guests with a positive, helpful attitude as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls to appropriate persons
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
  • Managing Reception inbox 
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Manage and maintain all room bookings via online system, coordinating with the guest, IT, Finance and Building Management where necessary
