Our key Client, a leading manufacturer of aluminium and timber windows and doors located in Lansvale, are seeking an experienced

Receptionist / Administration Officer for an ongoing position.

This position will see you working from 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday on an ongoing basis.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • General administration duties
  • Answering phone calls from Customers/Stores/Franchises for orders and deliveries
  • Data entry
  • Liaising with Sales and Warehouse teams
  • Answering emails from Customers/Stores/Franchises for orders and deliveries
  • Providing daily summaries to hygienist and Operations Managers for sign-off
  • Use of Microsoft office

To be successful for this position you will need to:

  • Have previous experience in a Warehouse Administration role
  • Have customer service experience
  • Experience using Microsoft office
  • Available Monday to Friday on day shift
  • Has a high attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and follow instructions
  • Have a can-do attitude and be willing to learn new things
  • Work autonomously and as a team
