About the role

You will be responsible for providing front of house reception and general administration duties, also provide admin support to the sales team. This role requires you to maintain general office organisation, assisting with sampling, invoicing, booking of couriers & logistics, mailing and customer service where required.

Responsibilities

As the face of the showroom, you will greet and liaise with all internal and external clients, assist with general enquiries and provide administrative assistance to the sales team.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to –

  • Greeting clients as the first point of contact
  • Attending to all reception calls
  • Directing client inquiries accordingly
  • Processing of incoming and outgoing daily mail
  • Booking in appointments for the showroom
  • Ordering office stationery
  • Re-stock kitchen and bathroom supplies
  • Ensuring the general office and reception is kept neat and tidy
  • Other ad-hoc administration tasks as required

Skills / Experience

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a Reception or Administration position
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent telephone manner, communication skills and customer service

Someone with previous tile knowledge will be highly considered.

This is a permanent full-time position within a motivating and rewarding working environment. We require that an individual that will bring their positive attitude to a fast based and dynamic company.

Our hours are Monday to Friday
8:30am-5pm

The salary will be negotiable depending on experience.
