Job Description

We are seeking the services of an experienced receptionist. We are a professional, well established and friendly accounting/ financial planning firm at Bankstown, dealing mostly with successful businesses and high net worth individuals. 

Required attributes:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Professional phone manner
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Minimum word processing speed 60WPM
  • Good time management skills
  • Bright and enthusiastic attitude

The successful applicant will be the face and voice of the practice and will be in charge of the following duties:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Processing client reports
  • Maintaining client database
  • Manage lodgements with ATO and ASIC
  • General office and customer service support
  • Management of incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
  • Processing correspondence.
  • Maintain client files - ensuring all documents are filed in the correct file.
  • Updating clients’ information on CRM program
  • Record appointments for accountants and financial planners.
  • Maintain office supplies, stationery, stamps etc for the business.
  • Completing admin tasks for clients as required
  • Liaise with ASIC and ATO, (training provided, if necessary)
