Herne Bay Vet - Receptionist

We are a small, but mighty tight-knit team that is looking for an Experienced Receptionist to join us!

We pride ourselves on delivering a high standard of care in a supportive environment and our team thrives on growing and sharing knowledge with one another. 

This is a part-time role, ideally around 24 hours per week but we are open to discussing what works best for you.

Duties include but are not limited to answering phones, greeting customers, booking appointments, taking payments, ensuring front of house tidiness and cleanliness and general administration.

About you:

• Previous experience as a Veterinary Receptionist or Medical Receptionist is an advantage
• Exceptional organisational skills, professional presentation, and attention to detail
• Must have a passion and love for companion animals and be comfortable handling them
• Must be compassionate, caring and have empathy towards our clients and their pets
• Excellent communication skills
• A positive attitude and a flexible and adaptive nature
• Ability to work within our team but also work independently when needed
