- Working with our National Marketing Specialist to update and implement a social media strategy to align with business goals and cement our brands in the hearts and minds of consumers
- Craft and implement a content calendar to manage content, incorporating business and campaign content
- Content creation and scheduling on main digital social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, website and more in line with our business goals
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Welcoming clients arriving for appointments
- Answering phone calls and emails in a timely manner
- Triaging phone calls and transferring to the most appropriate person
- Assisting National Marketing Specialist and other team members when required
- Managing diaries and appointments
- Data entry
- General office and administration duties
