We are looking for a receptionist/chiropractic assistant to join our fun team of chiropractors in Remuera, Auckland.

We have a newly renovated, modern clinic on Remuera Road. We have great people coming through our clinic and a team of five chiropractors that need to be supported.

The receptionist/chiropractic assistant will be responsible for the following:

• Greeting patients on arrival
• Ensuring the clinic is kept clean and tidy
• Taking payments and scheduling patients
• Undertaking follow-up phone calls to patients
• General admin support (e.g., printing, scanning notes etc) 
• Misc. support as required by the chiropractors

The role is casual, ranging from anywhere between 5 - 30 hours per week.

Hours and days are set for the coming week on Sunday evenings to ensure that our busiest shifts of the week coming up are covered.

We can offer some flexibility as we understand it is difficult to work on a roster, so we are open to making it work around the right candidate.

As there is a decent amount of training required, we prefer to have someone who can commit relatively long term.
