About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Part-time Receptionist / Appointment Scheduler /Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Hendra Office.
The position is 2 days a week, Tuesday and Wednesday 8.00am – 5.00pm
This is an excellent opportunity for a person with reception/appointment scheduling and administration experience wanting part time work.
Duties will include
Answering the telephone and assisting with customer enquiries.
Booking appointments for estimators & customers.
Responding to online email enquiries.
Data entry MYOB as required.
Provide administrative support as requested to the office manager.
Experience:
Reception and appointment setting experience in a similar role preferred.
Knowledge of general office processes and systems.
Microsoft Office applications.
Competent in use of office equipment
MYOB experience preferred but not essential.
Experience in the Roofing industry preferred but not essential
