Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
Administrative Support; including:
Greet and assist all visitors to the office in a professional and courteous manner
Organize and update boardroom schedules
Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information or referring inquiries
Handle mail and couriers
Maintain the front desk area and ensure it is tidy and well kept
Order office supplies and ensure inventory is stocked
Manage the kitchen area including stocking beverages and loading/unloading the dishwasher
Support with presentations and the preparation of documentation
Database work as required
Production duties including; printing, binding and photocopying
Additional back office support as requested
Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years in a similar Reception or Front Desk role
Strong orientation and commitment to providing superior customer service
Professional and polished demeanor
Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written
A proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs
Detail oriented and thorough
Team based support at various levels is considered an asset,
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Power Point
Able to take initiative and focus on productivity.
Job Summary
This position is responsible for creating an amazing first impression for all guests and clients visiting the office. Additionally, this role will organize and manage the front area while providing administrative support to fellow team members in the office.
