The Opportunity & Requirements
We are searching for a new Receptionist & Administration Assistant to join our Head Office team!
This highly motivated and well organised person will be responsible for answering the office phone, directing calls and messages, being the first point of contact for visitors to the office, coordinating reception duties, maintain a variety of schedules and logs, arrange travel and office supplies, and provide administrative support to Managers on a day-to-day basis.
