The Australian Breastfeeding Association (ABA) is Australia's largest breastfeeding information and support service. Breastfeeding is a practical, learned skill and ABA helps more than 80,000 mothers each year. ABA also provides up-to-date information and continuing education for thousands of health professionals working with mothers and babies.
We are looking for a Part-time Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join our Administration team on a 3 month contract, with a view to possibly extend. This role is a job share position. Your hours will be Wednesday through Friday from 9am - 5pm.
You will be responsible for answering all incoming calls, receiving all visitors and maintaining a welcoming, professional and efficiently-run reception/initial contact area.
In addition to general administrative and clerical support to the head office team, the role is responsible for:

Our office is located in South Melbourne across the road from Albert Park lake, the perfect location to walk around the lake on your lunch break.
