Job Description

Located in Clayton South, we are a vibrant, dynamic and well-established business who is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Rental Vehicle Administrator/Receptionist.

We have an extensive fleet that includes cars, trucks, vans, buses and specialist vehicles.

This is a Full-Time position which will see you representing our reputable business and delivering a high standard of customer service. 

The successful applicant will be required to fulfil a long-term commitment to the role with the possibility to expand their knowledge and position inside the company into the future.

With the above in mind the successful individual must have a passion for customer service, be willing to learn and have a 'can do' attitude in your approach to take on responsibilities. Furthermore, high level communication skills and a high standard of personal presentation is required.

You will be responsible for:

Receptionist Duties:

  • Managing reception
  • Greeting Customers and answering calls
  • Booking appointments and liaising with insurance companies 
    Performing general administrative tasks.
  • Making Reservations
  • Constant monitoring, tracking, and organising of fleet availability
  • Ability to use set programs and follow procedures
  • Monitoring of servicing of fleet
  • Administration of processing tolls, fines and other office duties as requested
  • Liaising and Negotiating with third parties and insurance companies - when required.

Ideal Candidate will possess:

  • Computer Literacy
  • Strong Communication & Customer Service Skills
  • Negotiation/Conflict Resolutions Skills
  • Ability to follow set procedures and guidelines
  • Ability to work with deadlines
  • Ability to work within a team and autonomously
  • Possess Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
  • Be efficient, motivated, organised, proactive and show attention to detail
  • Ad hoc tasks as required by Management to meet operational goals.

This is a full-time position only (part time, casuals need not apply)

Successful applicants must have a current Drivers licence.
