 About the role 

We are looking for enthusiastic Full-time Reception Officers to assist in the delivery of exceptional customer service in our new and exciting Swanston Street building coming online in July 2020. 

Are you an organised and diligent customer service / administration professional? Exceptional customer service/reception experience to support staff and residents. 

  • Sales and reservation experience boosting ancillary revenues. 
  • Adaptability and flexibility in performing reception/administrative tasks associated with overall operations.
  • Time management and ability to prioritise and use initiative.
  • Organised and a self-starter.
  • Systems literate and a thirst to learn.
  • Team player and able to work autonomously.
  • Genuine customer service advocate.
  • Chinese speaking highly regarded
