As the first point of contact for our clients, your key responsibilities will include:
• Answering calls
• Set up conference calls
• Attend to mail and ensure correct distribution
• Maintain and order office supplies
• Assist staff with general ad hoc admin duties where required
To be considered for this role you will have:
• Polished and professional presentation as you will be the face of the business/first point of contact for visitors/clients.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on client services
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Be able to multitask within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Be competent with the Microsoft Office suite
• 2 years + experience in admin or similar role
Open to candidates with financial services / financial markets experience looking to re-enter the workforce after having time out.
