Job Description

We are currently looking for experienced Reception / Office Administrators across Auckland. Bring your front of house and administration expertise and continue to grow your knowledge and skills with the flexibility of temporary work in a fantastic, supportive and fast paced work environment.

What your day could look like?

  • Answering phone calls and email correspondence
  • Data entry and drafting documents
  • Diary management
  • Coordinating office activities and operations
  • Assisting colleagues where necessary

What are we looking for?

We are looking for experienced front of house receptionist and administrators with a driven attitude to hit the ground running.

The successful candidate will have good communication skills, knowledge of computer programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, typing and data entry skills, strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and be self motivated and trustworthy.

You will need to have

  • Previous reception or administration experience
  • Strong communication, both written and verbal
  • Good typing skills with accuracy and speed
  • The ability to pick up new skills / softwares quickly
  • Organised manner and ability to prioritise
  • Great people skills, including a positive attitude and empathetic nature
  • A common sense and focused approach to work and getting the job done
