Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales administrator and receptionist to join our fast paced, growing team. The role will be perfect for you if you are very thorough and always make sure things are done right. And if it's the little details that matter. You'll need to have good literacy and numeracy skills, and be advanced with the Microsoft Office, have savvy computer and social media skills and your own transport.

Qualifications required (minimum requirements):

  • At least 12 months experience in a similar role would be advantageous

 

The successful applicant must also:

  • Be committed to providing outstanding customer service
  • The ability to work independently and in a team
  • Confidence to adapt quickly to unfamiliar computer software and programs
  • Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, Excel and iMac.
  • A sense of humour
  • Be highly motivated and determined to be successful
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Be front line reception, answering phones, controlling the guest experience
  • Willing to spend time building skills and getting better
  • Be available to work flexible hours
  • Have a strong attention to detail, and strong communication skills
  • Have experience with office stocktake, database administration, online & in person sales, document typing & formatting, customer service role from initial consult to member, and creating WOW relationships with everyone who comes into contact with our business.
