Looking for several Receiving Inspector!Agilus is recruiting for a Electrical Quality Control Inspector in the Semiconductor in Ottawa, Ontario. This opportunity allows you to perform product inspections and/or audits of quality control programs. Performs packaging line and manufacturing inspections, and sampling and testing of incoming components and raw materials. A typical day:

• Conducts repetitive inspection of product/materials against known standards, procedures and checklists.
• Identifies and segregates non-conforming material.
• Contributes to identifying, articulating and escalating problems or issues for Technical Support or Engineering, and assists in gathering requested information and proof necessary to help establish the root cause of problems and determine corrective action.
• Reads assembly and process documentation.
• Properly executes on inventory control, cycle counting, and computer transactions.

You bring:

• Identifies, articulates and escalates problems or issues for Technical Support or Engineering, and assists in gathering requested information and proof necessary to help establish the root cause of problems and determine corrective action.
• Familiarity with a variety of current software to properly execute required computer transactions, such as Agile, Excel, and internal databases.
• Familiar with Circuit board.
• Has working knowledge of the IPC 610 standard.
• Typically requires a minimum of 1-2 years’ related work experience.
• Or college related courses in robotics/mechanics/engineering.
• Keyboarding knowledge.
