About the role:

• Purchase orders and AP
• Process payments and manage overseas payments
• Manage invoice scanning
• Investigate and resolve problem invoices
• Obtaining quotes from preferred suppliers
• Processing new P card applications and maintaining existing pcard
• Managing inbox and queries

The ideal candidate will have previous experience invoicing or in accounts payable. You will be process driven and analytical with an understanding of the accounts payable and purchase orders process. As well as this you will have the following skills:

• A keen eye for detail
• Strong communication and rapport building skills
• Process driven and resolutions focused
• End to end accounts payable experience
