Job Description

A role not to be missed! The accounts payable and purchasing advisers play an integral role in the Shared Services team in supporting the wider business by providing Purchasing Support and training.

In this role you will support in the processing of accounts payable invoices as well as actioning on any enquiries logged by users. In addition you will be:

  • Processing Accounts Payable invoices
  • P-card maintenance
  • Support Purchasing and inventory users
  • Managing purchase order anomalies
  • Weekly and Monthly reporting

The ideal candidate will have previous Purchase Order experience, strong customer service skills and a keen eye for detail.
