  • Rate of pay is $58,632 + 5 weeks' leave and a suite of free insurances

Ko tā mātou mahi - Our Role

As our Purchase to Pay Specialist you will support a diverse user base of employees and suppliers to deliver an effective Purchase to Pay (P2P) process and enable same day payments of supplier invoices. This will include;

  • Managing transactional purchasing and support services efficiently and accurately
  • Providing customer support, responding to business user and supplier queries to resolve any issues
  • Support the improvement of the P2P process through insights and other improvements
  • Assist with the development and delivery of P2P training and support activities for users and suppliers

Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu - What you will bring

  • Diploma in Accounting/Business or equivalent education/experience
  • 2+ years' experience in a Purchase to Pay role, or strong SME knowledge
  • High volume experience and ability to manage complex situations having worked within a large Shared Service function
  • Experience in an ERP procurement environment, ideally Oracle
  • Knowledge of Government procurement rules is desirable
  • Advanced Excel skills is desirable
  • Attention to detail
