We currently have an opportunity for a near graduate or graduate in our team working either part or full time. This is a chance to join a fast-paced business exposing yourself to various and exciting Auckland properties and projects and will work within an experienced, diverse and inclusive team. 
You will need to possess and demonstrate: 

• An eye for detail, great computer skills (working a lot with Word/Excel), sound mathematical and analytical abilities and the confidence to make decisions;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• The ability to converse and talk freely with people as there is phone work involved; and 
• A team player attitude, drive, initiative, enthusiasm, a sense of humour and a “go-getter” mentality. 

The successful applicant will be provided with the opportunity to accrue practical experience towards Professional Memberships to RICS/PINZ and Valuer Registration whilst developing knowledge in the macro and local property market.
