This role will see you provide administration support for our busy Property Services division.  Serving Property Managers and Residential customers for over 12 years, we have a loyal customer base and need an admin superstar to deliver top notch customer service.

The role in a nut shell:

  • Booking exterior cleaning services for Auckland based properties through Property Manager and Residential channels
  • Providing quotes for new jobs.  Following up on all quotes to secure ongoing business
  • Liaising with our exterior cleaning technicians on a daily basis, ensuring jobs are complete to the Endeavour standard
  • Invoicing complete jobs
  • Providing professional spoken and written communication
