A bit about the role

We're looking for a Property Manager to join our high-performing Johnsonville based team.  As a key contact to our customers in Wellington - you’ll have your own property portfolio to manage from day 1 and be supported by a welcoming professional team as you learn the ropes.

 

This is a flexible, role where you will be a valued and supported team member and play a significant part in our teams’ overall success. It provides the opportunity to get out and about in Wellington daily, connect with real live humans, and develop your career and networks in the region.

You will:

  • Get involved in and build expertise across all aspects of property management.
  • Be out and about daily, meeting face to face with our wonderful clients.
  • Enjoy variety and autonomy and thrive in helping solve customers’ queries/ issues.
  • Be trained, mentored, and supported as you build expertise and a dynamic, varied and rewarding career.

 

As an excellent communicator you will hold warm, engaging interactions and backed with strong administration, customer service, and problem-solving skills you will delight in every interaction as the face of Quinovic.

 

  You will bring:

  • 3+ years’ experience in an customer service, admin or relationship management role
  • Proven administration abilities - great attention to detail, and multi-tasking superpowers
  • Outstanding customer service, problem resolution & people skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and a warm, engaging personality
  • Honesty, integrity, resilience - and be someone who enjoys being part of a close-knit supportive team.
