We are a modern residential highrise located in the vibrant inner-city suburb of Hamilton, Brisbane providing a full property management service to our valued clients and Body Corporate. 

The Position: 

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to further develop a career in the unique Management Rights sector of real estate. The role is working full time alongside our on-site Resident Office Manager, servicing our owner residents and investor clients.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks:

• All aspects Property Management
• Marketing/advertising units for rent
• Tenant selection/application processing
• Entry/Exit Reports
• Receipting
• Owner and maintenance contractor liaison
• Understanding of appropriate legislation

About You:

• Property Managers Registration Certificate (Qld) or RLA
• Minimum 12 months Property Management experience
• Experience with Property Tree trust account preferred though not essential
• Strong customer service ethos
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Experienced with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and confident learning new software applications
• Proactive team player with a strong work ethic
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
