The role

We build the world's best event management software, supporting our customers as they connect with their customers at in-person and digital events. This role is key in supporting our internal and external customers being successful using our products. From helping onboard them, answering enquiries and producing reports, this is a role that reaches across the business. Working alongside internal project teams, you will have every opportunity to make a difference. In a fast moving business this is a role for someone who is tech savvy and wants to learn something new each and every day. This role has flexibility options for working remotely.

Where

This is a hybrid role. I mean what role isn’t today. You and your Manager can determine the days in the office and days to work elsewhere. For many people that is 2-3 days in the office.

Your duties

  • Support customers with onboarding them into our products via email and various setup tasks
  • Respond to customer enquiries regarding projects in a Help Desk environment within defined processes and SLA’s
  • Own the administrative tasks associated with our learning tools
  • Support our professional services team with setup and managing projects
  • Assist Project Managers to organise external and internal teams
  • Manage equipment inventory and configuration in preparation for customer events

Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years experience as a project administrator or in similar role
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • A technical mind with digital competency
  • Good communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Fast learner and comfortable with fast paced environment
  • Excellent organisational, time-management and multi-tasking skills (you need to love a to do list)
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines
  • Performance driven
  • A flexible and adaptable approach
  • Competent with modern cloud-based technologies (including or similar to G-Suite, Microsoft Office 365, Salesforce, etc)
  • The events industry brings some early morning and late nights from time to time. We need someone with flexibility.

  • Holder of a current Australian passport or right to work in Australia
  • A police check is required to be submitted as part of the final recruitment process and updated annually
  • Be a participant in our strong support of COVID vaccination program
