Focusing on real estate projects and investments, our client is expanding their sales team, adding to their already powerful group of real estate experts. The ideal candidate would be experienced in working within a real estate developer, locally here in Dubai or further afield, with knowledge of RERA and be able to drive with their own car.  

• Identifying new business opportunities for clients through calling and proactively approaching relevant contacts.
  
• Initiate and nurture relationships with brokers in Dubai to sell exclusive projects both ready and off-plan.
  
• Successful candidates must have a current network in Dubai.
  
• Candidate must be willing to work 6 days a week to drive sales and assist all clients within their network.
  
• Educate international clients about UAE real estate market and the and help to select the best investment opportunity.
  
• Consistent follow up throughout the sales process.
  
•  Successfully convert company leads.
  
• Effective use company’s CRM.
  
• Clear communication through the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.
  

Requirements

• Proficient use of written and spoken English; knowledge of Arabic language is an advantage.
  
• Prior and extensive knowledge of the UAE Property Sector - ideally with 2 years’ experience.
  
• Good network / database of investors and brokers.
  
• RERA Qualification ideal but not essential.
  
• UAE driving license along with a car.  
  
• Advance level of customer service orientation and professionals.
  
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and promote teamwork and knowledge sharing to achieve goals and deliverables.
  
• Positive and hardworking attitude with good analytical, execution, problem solving and decision-making skills.
