The primary focus of this role is the delivery of Cloud Telephony and Contact Centre solutions to our Enterprise, Government and Corporate clients. This position sits within our Project and Provisioning Team who are responsible for all provisioning activities for voice, data, mobile and cloud application services to Digital Island’s Enterprise, Government and Corporate customers. 

This role will see you working on a variety of cloud projects with local and remote resourcing responsible for the definition, analysis, design and delivery of our solutions that meet the client business needs.

We are looking for a high performing Project Manager to join the team and lead a small number of standard and complex projects with moderate to high complexity. 

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of ICT solution delivery, a solid understanding of Cloud technologies and be responsible for all facets of the project and implementation lifecycle. 

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct concurrent standard or complex projects ensuring the management of multiple related workstreams are delivered to meet the common objective
• Engage with stakeholders to deliver projects from original concept through final implementation
• Ensure client satisfaction and manages escalations, acting as single point of contact to the client
• Ensure that the project delivers as-sold solution, remains within the baselined budget and is delivered on time whilst maintaining quality criteria and client satisfaction
• Manage delivery of the project, including rigorous scope control and change management
• Documentation and management of risks and issues
• Ensuring clear and concise communications to all stakeholders
• Provide pre-sales support by working with sales teams to scope and cost a project. This may include Client presentations of our delivery approach as part of the RFP process
• Coordinate activities of the project and provisioning teams through task delegation and resource assignment

 Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

• Advanced Project Management certification with significant related experience

 Required Experience:

• Experience in AWS and Microsoft Teams deployments 
• Demonstrated project management experience in Cloud technologies and solutions
• Demonstrated understanding of the project life cycle
• Demonstrated competency in project change management
• Proven client engagement experience in Enterprise, Government and Corporate market segments
• Proven experience managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints
