This role will be suitable for someone with previous experience working on Residential projects either as a Site Manager, Project manager or as an experienced Builder with management ability.

  Your background and experience

• Strong experience in residential construction
• Strong management capability and the ability to work closely with all stakeholders
• Ability to manage the direction, schedule and progress of your allocated sites
• Leading site staff and foster collaborative, effective and positive work environments on all build sites for all stakeholders
• Conduct regular site inspections
• Coordinate and ensure all aspects of onsite Health and Safety systems and procedures are maintained to the highest levels
