The Field Services Strategic Planning Team is currently seeking a highly motivated, analytical, strong performing individual who has a solid knowledge of Field processes and systems to join our team. This is an opportunity for an individual looking to work in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging environment.
Reporting directly to the Strategic Planning Senior Manager, the Project Manager will support the planning, execution and delivery of the strategic planning process for all of Field Services (e.g., May Strategy Review and October Budget Plan), while working closely with various internal stakeholders (Work force management, Business Intelligence, Finance, project primes, operational leaders, etc). In addition, the candidate will support the coordination and development of presentation materials for various executive updates (e.g., Deep Dives, Board presentations, annual Rally, Monthly Director and Manager Call presentations).
In this key role, the successful incumbent will be responsible for analysing operational service results, and compiling Field Services executive weekly and monthly scorecard reports for delivery to Bell Business Unit and Corporate Executive teams. This role offers direct exposure to the Field Services Executive team. The successful candidate must have proven experience in developing clear and concise executive level reports and communications and be accustomed to working in a dynamic environment with tight timelines. The individual must have strong organizational skills with the ability to track and manage multiple deliverables. He/she is curious, self-determined to drive results and comfortable communicating regularly with Director and Executive level teams.
Responsibilities:
Acting as the lead for weekly and monthly executive scorecard development and reporting
Analysing and tracking weekly and monthly operational service result trends; identifying gaps to target and working with operational teams to report on action plans to rectify
Partnering with Business Intelligence to communicate requirements and changes to executive reporting needs
Understanding complex operational challenges quickly, particularly in the development of strategic communications and presentation material for Executive delivery, while still maintaining conscientious attention to detail
Performing in-depth analysis, interpreting data qualitatively and quantitatively, and developing associated presentation materials for semi-annual plans and ad hoc executive updates
Managing multiple deliverables at the same time
Planning, collaborating, prioritising, facilitating and influencing change across a broad stakeholder group
Critical Qualifications/Competencies:
Proven analytical/problem solving ability
Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
General understanding of Field IT systems used such as: CLICK, FWFM, ACUT, TIM, WFAS, FSOS
University degree (Engineering or Business preferred, open to all disciplines)
Leadership skills; ability to grasp and communicate complex ideas clearly at all levels
Results-driven, with a strong aptitude to recognize opportunities for improvement and take appropriate action
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications/Competencies:
Business Analyst experience, an asset
Working background in Field Services
Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
