Responsibilities :

• Create, maintain and monitor comprehensive project management plan (e.g. charter, communication plan, timeline, RACI matrix, risk register, issue register, etc.) 
• Execute the project management plan and lead the project team(s) to deliver the project(s) on time, within budget and with quality 
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs as per the organizational change management process 
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks and keep the risk register updated 
• Report and escalate issues as needed and document all issues in the issue register with corrective & preventive actions 
• Track, monitor and control all project actions and decisions and escalate any high priority concerns to management in a timely fashion 
• Manage an excellent relationship with all stakeholders and understand & meet their diverse expectations 
• Work with project owner and QA to ensure that the project meets the required quality standards 
• Undertake status review meetings with project team members and stakeholders and prepare weekly status reports 
• Undertake steering committee meeting with project sponsor, owner and senior management Ability to Manage multiple projects in parallel without compromising quality 
• Ability to influence conflicting needs of various stakeholders and project teams to ensure timely delivery 

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Business Management or a related field 
• Minimum 12 years of experience with a minimum of 8 years IT projects.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) is a must 
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies & Microsoft Project & Office Tools
• Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management and conflict management ability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies 
• Experience working for large and established global IT companies 
• Coaches and advises team members to accomplish project goals, to meet established schedules and resolve technical & project issues creatively
