Description

To be responsible for the full process of developing and implementing a complex ordering and automation system for a local salad processing company.

• Managing day to day operational aspects of the project and direct IT operation team, including resourcing, scheduling, prioritization, assigning individual and task co-ordination.
• Direct experience in developing and implementing enterprise software systems, including personally, hands on, project managing.
• Enterprise software functional implementation consulting and system integration experience will be viewed positively.
• Very strong visual presentation, verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to articulate complex ideas in easy to understand business terms to all levels of executives, management and staff and interact in both function and technical areas.
• Achieving operational objective by contributing and analyzing information to identify and implement appropriate IT solutions and methodologies, resolving problems, recognizing trends, determining system improvements and implementing changes.
• Enforce required ICT standard and implement established system monitors and controls. Overseeing the security of IT system and providing both verbal and written communication regarding project status, risks and issues.
• Accomplish human resource objectives by recruiting, orienting, assigning and disciplining employees, communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions, enforcing policy and procedures.
• Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements, prepare an annual budget, schedule expenditure, analyze variances, initiate corrective actions.
• Develop the scope and goals for the project team during each step in the process, hold regular status meetings with the project team, keep project team well informed of changes within the organisation and general corporate news.
• Attention to detail and willingness to get involved and hands on to ensure smooth delivery of the project.

Essential requirements are 5+ years of related experience and a Bachelor's Degree in IT.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

Jira/Confluence/Bitbucket/Lavarel/Vue3 are a plus.

Experienced in seeing projects through a full cycle is vital.

Must have strong interpersonal skills and be extremely resourceful.
