The Finance Team manages the performance and risk profile of Bell, ensuring the needs of customers, investors and employees are balanced with long-term business success. We work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute plans that help the company achieve its strategic objectives and ensure financial sustainability.  

 

Job Duties/Accountabilities:

Usually works under the direction of an Account Manager (Senior Manager)

Will support Account Managers for Finance Business Units with “day to day project management” 

Will support Account Manager in maintaining and delivering project scope, project team, resources, and the success of the project 

Support planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing projects 

Complete project plans, project status reports, project dashboards, change requests, project schedule, and other documentation as required (strong presentation package skills via PowerPoint slides, WBS views, JIRA and/or MS Project views, etc.)

Manage / coordinate the development of project documentation

Business Analysis activities including capturing requirements, documentation and analysis on Finance BU requests

Support project deliverables and partner with various internal D&A COE teams and Finance stakeholders

Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery 

Proactively identify and resolve project related issues and escalate where required to Account Manager

Participate in project meetings

Organize logistics, take meeting minutes and update action item register and follow up as required

Closely monitor timelines and project milestones to ensure adherence with approved project plans

Variance to plan will be documented, reported and escalated to Account Manager as required

Create, maintain and update project repository

Integrity of the information

Perform sanity check on project database (Confluence) and other source of information

Projects may involve change management, process improvement, etc. 

Coordinates work performed by technical staff and business engagement (internal customers/partners) 

Projects limited in number, size and complexity

 

Critical Qualifications/Competencies:

Multiple or Large Projects

Senior Management Level Communication

Strong presentation preparation (i.e. via PowerPoint) 

Experience as Business Analyst an asset

Experience in Confluence / JIRA an asset

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
