The target real estate inventory is spread all over Canada.
As project leader in our team, you will provide advanced professional technical support based on the organization's business objectives when completing and coordinating the various projects under your responsibility to optimize the department's activities. You will plan, coordinate and control premises project phases in order to continuously improve work processes. One of your challenges will be to take actions that will increase the productivity and profitability of your projects through the various mandates you are given.
What will your day-to-day tasks be?
- Oversee management, progress and coordination of several projects at once, by defining the mandates, steps, schedules as well as the human, technical, financial and material resources necessary to their execution.
- Coordinate and supervise the execution of all plans and specifications necessary to complete various projects while respecting National Bank’s premises norms and standards. Analyze the technical aspect of submissions so as to make recommendations and transmit negotiation points to management where required.
- Understand the business issues and know the operational needs of clients and the business line to be able to establish links with premises development projects.
- Coordinate the various internal and external actors and stakeholders on the project as well as timetables.
- Develop and promote adapted solutions with the goal of remedying all situations that could hinder the successful completion of these projects and ensure action plans are put in place, if necessary.
- Interact with managers/employees to provide detailed explanations and ensure understanding. Produce project status reports.
- Identify operational problems and make recommendations to optimize processes and procedures by suggesting improvements to existing models.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or design or related field and more than five years of experience related to the position to be filled
- PMP certification, an asset
- Experience in project coordination and oversight
- Advanced knowledge of DAO systems, particularly Autocad
- Knowledge of office furniture and ergonomic components, an asset
- Knowledge of the Bank's various activity sectors, an asset
- Very good knowledge of Word and Excel
- Bilingualism, both spoken and written (English and French), essential
