 What you'll Do

We are currently looking for a motivated Project Finance Specialist to join our team and become an integral member within the Finance team. We currently have permanent full-time and 12 month contract positions available. As a Project Finance Specialist, you will have the opportunity to closely interact with Project Managers, Commercial Managers, Corporate Finance whilst being part of a large peer group of likeminded professionals. You will be given the opportunity to a become master of your craft and crush your job responsibilities which include:

• Act as a gatekeeper for all financial aspects related to projects
• Provide efficient Project Finance/Accounting services on a day-to-day basis, working on a portfolio of projects (varying number of projects of different $ values at any given point in time)
• Partner with the Project Manager and project team to create and monitor budgets, validate invoicing, project close-out, and reconciling overall project payables and receivables
• Interpreting financial information on a Weekly & Monthly basis to support project management and commercial decisions whilst making project accounting recommendations throughout the Project Lifecycle
• Attend project-related meetings to inform the team regarding the status of project financials, articulating problem projects and following up on any identified actions as discussed
• Collaborate with our Global Business Services team to perform transactional duties on the project within the ERP
