Description of the role:
This Coordinator role is an excellent opportunity for a person with strong analytical skills, a passion for marketing and a flare for project management and the ability to multi-task while paying great attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Work directly with the Loyalty and Retention team on executing key projects across the operational teams
Assist with program implementation, results tracking, system updates and communications
Coordinate and prioritize project deliverables and partner with various departments and stakeholders
Track and create reports with key metrics associated with different projects
Analyze reports and trends to ascertain success and identify areas to improve
Request translation of marketing content as required
Work collaboratively with key stakeholders from across the business units
Coordinate with peers within Customer Operations to ensure business alignment
Support and backup team specialists on overall team objectives, daily activities and backup during absence
Additional duties as required
Key Competencies:
Post Secondary degree preferably in Business or Marketing
Excellent skills in PowerPoint and Excel with working knowledge of pivots and macros
Project management experience is a strong asset
Exceptional analytical and organizational skills
Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
English proficiency is a must, bilingual is an asset (written and spoken English and French)
Highly organized, detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight time frames
Knowledge of call centre operations activities is an asset
Creative and open minded
Ability to work with other teams, and employees at all levels to ensure the efficient coordination of tasks
Positive attitude, enthusiastic and able to comfortably operate in an ever-evolving & changing environment
Flexible to work extended hours when required
Preferred Competencies:
Experience in Telecommunications is a strong asset
Experience in Marketing or Project Management, preferably in a large organization
