Project Control Officer: Job Details

• Assist multiple Project Managers for various mid-sized to large projects 
• Tracking minutes at meetings and minute distribution
• Create and track action logs 
• Update Project status using reports and dashboards
• Manage multiple work packages
• Perform updates to project plans including percentage complete and date changes
• Update project forecasts and budget preparations 
• Maintain and update project resource plan
• Act as a (client facing) point person for vendors and stakeholders 

Project Control Officer: Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years experience Project Coordination
• Experience supporting multiple project managers simultaneously
• Experience creating and tracking action logs
• Experienced with Excel for project tracking or MS Project 
• Experience updating project stats reports and dashboards

Project Control Officer: Nice to Have Skills

• Pursuing PMP (or has PMP)
• Experience working with an integrator
• Banking/Financial
