About the Role
Due to the acquisition of new contracts and continued business growth we have an immediate requirement for an experienced Project Administrator to join our client on a 7-month contract based in their Kingsgrove office.
An overview is below
• Review sub-contractor completion documentation and validate that the works claimed are aligned with the schedule of rates
• Updating internal systems to reflect work order progress
• Maintaining effective communication with the client and relevant stakeholders at all times
• Assisting with the allocation of appropriate resources, including crews, vehicles, subcontractors, materials, and equipment
• Undertake data entry, process invoices, and raise purchase orders
• Reporting and escalate to the Project Manager any issues that arise onsite
The ideal candidate will have:
• Minimum of 2 years' demonstrable experience in a similar role, preferably has a wide range of category experience.
• With strong computer skills in MS Office
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Highly organised and the ability to prioritise tasks
