 Ko tā mātou mahi - Our Role  

Our Urban Design Team are the centre of urban expertise. Providing critical end-to-end urban design services from strategic to thought leadership on master-planning, design guidelines, review and management. This is an exciting area with the team working on projects of a scale never seen before in New Zealand.

Due to growth we are looking for an experienced, proactive, Programme Coordinator to support the Director of Urban Design and the wider team in the delivery of interconnected and complex programmes of work.

 As Programme Coordinator you will;

• Deliver proactive assistance to the Director - Urban Design enabling efficient planning and delivery of agreed work programmes.
• Provide support across project quality assurance, risk, financial reporting, administrative tasks and business change initiatives.
• Coordinate the needs and expectations of a wide variety of stakeholders including the wider team.
• Provide support for internal and external events and community engagements

 Ngā pÅ«manawatanga ōu - What you will bring 

This is an exciting 'all rounder' role that touch's all facets of the department. You will be a key go between the various teams and stakeholders to ensure things are running smoothly. This role would suit an experienced programme / project coordinator or possibly an EA/PA/office manager with industry experience that demonstrates;

• Experience providing support for large or complex projects and across multi-disciplinary teams
• Administration and reporting experience ideally with project management methodology, including quality systems and health & safety reporting.
• Demonstrated experience in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships at all levels of
• A proactive, enthusiastic approach with excellent attention to detail
• Strong presentation, communication and IT skills
