 Ko tā mātou mahi - Our Role 

We have an exciting opportunity available in our Strategic Urban Partnerships team for a switched on and organised Programme Coordinator based in our Hobsonville office. This is a great opportunity for those interested in Urban Design and Development to be hands on in supporting and learning about our projects.

As Programme Coordinator you will:

  • Coordinate reports for project progress, the tracking and management of issues and quality and risk
  • Provide support for team meetings, including, maintaining an accurate and up-to-date schedule of meetings, distributing the agendas and papers required for the meeting, attending meetings, accurately recording minutes and distributing these
  • Support the delivery of Project Team tasks, including following up team members for project inputs and coordinating production of materials for project deadlines
  • Provide support and assistance to the assigned managers including general administrative support, organising meetings and general communications with other team members
  • Prepare and coordinate inputs from the team for Board and Project Team papers and business planning documents

To be successful you will;

  • Be proactive, organised and be able to influence others to deliver information/inputs required, in a deadline driven environment.
  • Have experience providing coordination support for large and/or complex projects and/or programmes
  • Ideally be proficient in MS Projects or similar
  • Be able to prioritise demands, meet deadlines and deliver desired results by taking ownership
  • Show excellent communication and numeracy skills
  • Hold a genuine interest in the department and work they do.
