The Intelligent CloudOps team is dedicated to making Azure the world’s most reliable cloud. We accomplish this by building intelligent, automated software solutions for Microsoft’s engineers. Are you a person who loves to learn, interested in solving interesting challenges, and dream up new ideas? This role requires excellent customer empathy and background in solving highly technical problems. We are looking for a passionate, self-motivated person to design a highly distributed, insights-driven, intelligent and autonomous incident management solution. Our team's charter is to use AI/ML and automation to pro-actively deflect incidents and build experiences to improve the lives of engineering teams across Microsoft. You will influence how Microsoft does DevOps to improve the availability and reliability of cloud services. Ultimately delighting Microsoft’s cloud services customers. You will deeply understand and become an evangelist for customers to deliver unparalleled experiences for Microsoft Engineers.
The ideal candidate is passionate about engaging with engineers to understand their needs and is data-driven in making decisions. You will work on features of the incident management engineering system that help Microsoft engineers improve the reliability and availability of their cloud services, including:
