We are looking for a part time Programme Administrator to support the delivery of two of New Zealand’s most established and longest running Creative Career and Employment Services, Depot Artspace, has been delivering professional development and career guidance services for creatives for nearly 20 years.
The programs offer a range of services including career guidance, job seeking advice, mentoring support and professional development workshops, with the outcomes of employment, self-sustainability and a more resilient creative economy.
ArtsLab: Working with Work and Income clients on the unemployment benefit, ArtsLab, previously known as PACE (Pathways to Arts and Cultural Employment) is The Depot’s flagship creative employment programme and has supported thousands of creatives into employment over the years.
Wayfind Creative: Supported by the Ministry of Social Development and Ministry of Arts, Culture and Heritage. This pilot programme is focused on supporting creatives build a sustainable career and we are proud to be part of this new government initiative to help creatives succeed.
Depot Artspace is a multi-disciplinary arts space in Auckland with a gallery and a music studio as well as workshop and training spaces. We have an amazing team of creative consultants and mentors working on these programs and we try to offer as many opportunities as possible to the creatives we work with!
We are looking for an empathetic yet efficient administrator who is excellent with systems, databases, spreadsheets, making bookings and communication. You will be a competent multitasker. This position would suit a candidate with enrolment(s)/student registration(s) administration background.
You will be working in a collaborative, caring and driven team and will bring your own personality and organization to the role and value the supportive and dynamic work environment.
Ideally we would be on the hunt for someone who lives and breathes excel, confident in using a CRM, is accurate, process driven and can work at a rapid pace across multiple creative career programs we deliver here at the Depot Artspace. If you have a personality that is responsive, agile, and comfortable with working in a creative environment we would love to hear from you.

The position is part time, 20 hours per week. Ideally spread over five days a week, based in Devonport. We are open to you potentially work from home some days for the right candidate!
