Ko tā mātou mahi - Our Role

As part of our exciting growth we are now looking to welcome a Products Advisor to be based in our vibrant Manukau office. Working as part of a fun, friendly team, a key focus of your role will be holding customer relationships, so a passion for creating great customer experiences is a must.

Day-to-day you will be accountable for delivering consistent services across a range of financial products, providing advisory and administrative support, and enabling effective product delivery.

Working in a fast-paced environment you will engage with legal executives and others to ensure that the relevant eligibility requirements are met, whilst prioritising and assessing applications.

This is an ideal opportunity for a highly organised individual with a passion for customer service to further develop their career in the financial products sector. Some of the key skills and attributes that will help you succeed in this role include:

  • Previous experience in a customer centred role within a large organisation
  • Experience in banking or financial services (beneficial but not essential)
  • Strong mathematical literacy; competent working with figures and financial information
  • An understanding of the home buying process
  • The ability to be self-managing and balance competing priorities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
