This growing company manufacturers homes from PIR insulated panels and is seeking a capable Production Supervisor to work cohesively with their manufacturing operation based in Christchurch. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail and a considered approach to drive a well-run production arm of the business; while implementing changes to improve standards and increase efficiencies.

Your new role

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our production operations.

• Health and Safety
• Managing a small production team and to ensure this remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organising workflow.
• Production Quality within a fast-paced environment

The goal is to ensure that production processes deliver products of maximum quality in a profitable manner. Reporting to the Production Manager, the successful candidate will operate with a high degree of accountability

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Proven experience as a production supervisor or in a similar role
• A strong understanding of manufacturing
• Organisational or leadership
• Strong Communication skills
