 What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Lead project engagements with a focus on delivering new products throughout the product life cycle for Fortune 500 clients across a range of industries and project types independently or as part of a team
  • Contribute to and lead cross-functional teams (strategy, insights, design, technology), providing product realization expertise and guidance
  • Act as a trusted client partner and product realization expert, relied on for strategic POVs
  • Understand and incorporate complex business, strategic, and technical requirements into engagement outcomes
  • Contribute to work across all product realization capabilities including opportunity identification and analysis, market sizing and segmentation, product and business model definition, requirements definition and development management
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in identifying innovative product and service opportunities from concept definition and validation through to formal requirements documentation, commercialization, launch and ongoing support
  • Work with teams to design and facilitate successful presentations and workshops for senior executive level clients
  • Support project design across a range of project types and contribute to the end-to-end creation of winning proposals
  • Contribute to organizational business development activities from opportunity identification to sold work
  • Inspire and develop the skills of supporting team members
  • Support development of new product realization practice tools and processes
  • Actively manage a broad network of stakeholders across the client organization, and within Idea Couture and Cognizant 

What you’ll need 

  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in business administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years experience in agency/consulting or client side, with strategy consulting, product planning, product marketing, or product management experience
  • Digital agency experience or MBA is considered a strong asset
  • Proven ability to critique, analyze, and elevate strategies and ideas
  • Expert understanding of cross-functional resources and building effective teams
  • Strong client leadership and facilitation skills with the ability to command and guide a room
  • Proven track record in managing digital transformations from product and business modelling, casing, and definition through to market launch
  • Extensive experience in front-end ideation activities including opportunity identification and analysis, market sizing and segmentation, and product and business model definition
  • Demonstrated experience in defining product requirements, managing development efforts across integrated teams of designers, strategists, and engineers, and delivering products to market
  • Conversant in the principles and practices of human-centered design, design thinking, and agile development methodology (including user story development)
  • Note: Currently travel is not a requirement; would expect up to 25% as business requirements change
