Job Description

Overview of the role:

Responsible for introducing new products and enhancing existing product sales by communicating the products’ value across all brands. Develop effective marketing strategies and plans, manage market and product research and planning for consumables and accessories.

Responsible for the successful planning, development and implementation of any marketing communication plan and promotional activities aimed at developing awareness.  The incumbent will monitor new trends for additional revenue generation and ultimately creating loyalty for Aftersales customers across all brands.
 

What you will do:

Market Intelligence- Other Brands/Region and Aftermarket :

•    Identify new product opportunities for customers
      - New conversion projects to identify business opportunities
      - New popular accessory and consumables- mechanical/Aerokits and electronic with key USP's
•    Availability ,SRP and discount structure
      - Prepare competitive benchmark report
      - Pricing and discount structure for universal accessory and conversion products- tinting/PP, refrigerated and cargo

•    Identify key USP's for marketing material
Planning Phase - Marketing Plan:

•    Align MI feedback to plan
•    Road Map along with C&A to develop Business Case with Brand Teams
Execute Product – Go to Market - GTM Launch Process:

•    GTM plan development for launch
•    Accessory and Merchandise List Creation Plan (LCP) or major events for dealers
•    Co-ordinate with Group Marketing Team on content development roadmap-offline and online
•    Review content with management and deployment plan-offline and online
•    Marketing deployment material readiness and distribution to dealers across deployment channels
•    Plan PO/Process to meet LCP and event readiness timeline
•    Pricing and Promotion Plans
DEMO/Display:

•    Liaise with brand teams for key accessories for DEMO/display units at showrooms

 

Required skills and experience to be successful:

•    Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Master's Degree preferred

•    Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role 

•    Exposure to automotive accessories
