 The Product Marketing & Experience team is looking for a looking for someone with a customer first mentality to quarterback the execution of high-level roadmaps for the medium and small business experience. This person will understand the sales & and support experience as well as the various product offerings to our B2B customers. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead go to market planning of product offering and positioning for the segment
  • Prepare competitive landscape and comparison analysis of product offerings
  • Develop competitive strategies to improve market share
  • Support the high level product roadmap for B2B features & experience
  • Map and design end to end customer journeys and process flow
  • Translate use cases into business requirements that will support new product delivery
  • Represent the customer by generating new ideas for improvement using insights from data and real customer feedback

 What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
  • 3+ years in B2B product marketing or product management experience
  • Deep customer focus and understanding of key business drivers
  • Capable of data analysis in order to inform your decisions and measure the impact of your work.
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to adjust communication style to various audiences while maintaining clarity
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities on a regular basis
  • Telecom experience would be an asset
