In this role, the successful candidate will lead and assist in several key product initiatives within our Product Portfolio. The successful candidate must possess a blend of knowledge in technology, business, negotiations, and marketing. This is a strategic opportunity to actively manage product, price, place, and promotion for these services from inception to sunset ensuring that the portfolio growth continues.  This will encompass a technology savvy understanding of today’s and tomorrow’s technology.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Product lifecycle from initiation to end of life, including working with cross functional teams to introduce product enhancements and functionality development
  • Create opportunities to grow the revenues, decrease costs, and maintain the P&L of the Voice Services portfolio
  • Assist with RFP/BID pricing support and financial models

 

 

Critical Qualifications

  • University/College degree in Business,  Computer Science, Engineering, or Finance
  • 3+ years of experience in a product management or technology role with experience in Next Gen and/or Traditional Voice Services (SIP, Business Lines, Centrex, Toll and Tool free)
  • A self-starter with excellent communication skills
  • Proficient Excel and Power point skills

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Detail oriented, comfortable working in teams and can execute to tight deadlines
  • Financial and P&L analysis

 

 

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
