The Procurement Division sits within Te Puna RangatÅpÅ« and is part of the wider procurement community that works across the Ministry of Education and the Education Sector. There are several procurement teams within the Procurement Division supporting different parts of the Ministry's operations.
About the role
The following role is being recruited for within the Education Services procurement team:
The Education Services procurement team focuses on the procurement of goods and services that develop and support the national curriculum and help schools to deliver the national curriculum and qualifications.
The Procurement Specialist role is responsible for running non-complex tender processes, including developing documentation, managing the tender process through to award of contracts and management of smaller contracts/specialist areas, and working alongside other members of the team on complex procurement activities. The salary range for this role is $77,966 - $95,292
